PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) INFORMATION TEXT
As Denge Yapı İç ve Dış Ticaret Sanayi A.Ş. (“Company” or “Denge Yapı”), we attach great importance to the processing, protection, and confidentiality of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
This Information Text has been prepared to inform you about the methods of collecting your personal data, purposes of processing, possible recipients, and your rights.
1. Data Controller
Pursuant to the KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Denge Yapı İç ve Dış Ticaret Sanayi A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope described below.

3. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes mentioned above, to;
Relevant public institutions and organizations,
Third parties with whom we receive services or cooperate (e.g., law, financial consultancy, IT companies),
Our business partners within the country or abroad under the conditions specified in Article 9 of KVKK

4. Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as personal data owners, you have the following rights:
To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To request information if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
To know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request deletion or destruction under Article 7 of KVKK,
To request notification of the processes to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
To object to any adverse result occurring by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request compensation in case of damage due to illegal processing of your personal data.
5. Application Methods
You can submit your requests relating to your rights in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board to our Company. You can submit your applications;

To our registered electronic mail (KEP) address,
Via secure electronic signature or mobile signature,
Through the e-mail address you have previously notified to us and registered in our system
